Ingredients
3 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie, poached, or baked)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
1 sleeve buttery crackers, crushed
¼ cup melted butter
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cream of chicken soup, and cheddar cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Add shredded chicken to the mixture and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly coated.
Spread mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Combine crushed crackers and melted butter in a small bowl, then sprinkle evenly over the top.
