Instructions

  • Heat olive oil or butter in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.

  • Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.

  • In the same pot, sauté onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic until softened.

  • Stir in Cajun seasoning and paprika, cooking for 1 minute to release flavors.
